Armando, u talk about crime in the City of Miami but u permitted the destruction of TOS and patrol overtime. You and Javi have allow the Mayor , Luista and the City Manager to destroy this department in order to benefit your son.

I agree stay professional and dont become a disgruntled slug. We have to protest the opening of the Marlins stadium it represents everything that is wrong with the corrupt politicians. The flop is trying to create a dog and pony show like their fighting a war, yet Armando stood infront of all of you asking questions at the auditorium and told you I dont care. The arrogance in the FLOP is something we must stop. Can someone reach out to the PBA and see if a protest can be arranged. AGAIN STAY PROFESSIONAL DO YOUR JOBS AND BECOME INFORMED NOT DISGRUNTLED.

Boys and girls get ready for another king-sized enema like the ones we have received the last four years. Al this while Armando and the rest of the executive board of our wonderful union are supporting the mayor and the other politicians who are screwing us and partying with them.
I'm retiring soon but you poor shleps will have to grin and bear it. As Al Crespo says, "It's Miami Biatches!!

This is why Armando and Javi need to publish the books for the FOP , but it doesn't matter anymore because everybody is going to the PBA until Armando and the gang are out.

Are you crazy publish the books! They take in over $500,000 a year. Each exec officer gets paid over $600 a month for being a rep. and the list goes on and on. Union theft will always occur... until one day the feds make an arrest. Sooner or later eventually it will happen.

FOP president Armando

To all the FOP members,
I have been a member of the FOP for over 27 years and dont agree that bringing in the PBA is the right solution for us. Changing the president and the board of the FOP would make more sense. If the president (Armando) of the FOP is sincere about that e-mail that he sent out and really cares about the FOP and it's members, then he should step down as president and let the members vote in a new president. Thats the only and right thing to do. So Mr. President of the FOP, I ask you how much do you really care about the FOP and it's members. Do the right thing for all and step down. The FOP should be the bargaining unit for the Miami Police Dept not the PBA. Thats my opinion.

Armando,
The push to switch to the PBA isnt being done because we think the PBA is better.
It is done as an action of last resort.
The current board has ignored the membership for too long. Whenever there is a large turnout board members refer to due paying members as snitches and *****es.
Calls for election changes were met with hostility.
The union is broken.
Our demands:
1. Entire board resigns.
2. True election reform including using Miami-Dade elections Department.
3. Full financial disclosure including forensic audit and amount of stipends.
