Good work Matt!
What's "unit and non- unit employees" mean?

If the House is recommending 5%, then we will get at least that. Because this Senate leadership is friendlier to Law Enforcement (mainly FHP). Last year, the House wanted to give us less than the senate and we ended up somewhere in between which was a good pay raise. Neither the house nor the senate finds the bonus appeasing.
You can take that to the bank and you heard from “In the Know”
Fair enough... All our pay sucks unless you sit on the top couple of tiers!
Thanks Matt and PBA for all the hard work! The brass can't take credit for this!

if you think what I am saying is not true, just ask the legislature leadership if PBA had anything to do with any pay raise in the last 4 years. NOT! Rick Scott hates the PBA, but then again who likes Rick Scott. The legislatures don’t care for PBA, because they have lost their horse power over the years in Tallahassee.
If you think PBA is so influential, then why don’t the legislature give credit to PBA as they have done in the past. Why is the legislature trying to screw with the FRS that affects all of us including PBA members. Don’t drink their Kool Aid so quickly. PBA needs your membership to stay afloat.
Well said IUPA trollQuote:

The PBA is the best for state officers. As of right now it looks like no other state employee is even getting a little raise while the PBA state officers are set to get 5% in the proposed initial budget.
