In my 16 yr career as a trooper we have always had a meeting with the colonel before every session and we were given all the information in regards to what the department requested in ref to budget for cars, soar, incidental OT, etc. this colonel has never done a meeting in over 2 years the time he has been our colonel. He keeps us clueless. It's like a 1 man ship and he's the only person in the ship. That tells you how much he cares about us. Unveliabable!!! Then they wonder why troopers morals are so low and why no one cares anymore. It's really sad to work under this conditions. Unreal, specially when you risk your life day in and day out. Not worth it anymore. Just a taught!
