Having PBA is like being stranded on an island cut off from the rest of the world.
The PBA doesn’t care about us bc we are too small. They have said many times that small departments like ours should be lucky that they let us in.
The county is where they spend most out their time and our money on.
PBA continues to lose departments in record numbers due to their fear factor and lack of transparency. They spend our dues money in themselves. They have gone into the crapper. I’d rather have no union.
