Can you please cut-and-paste it here so I can share it with my agency???? If your agency actually wrote a G.O. about this, then that's funny!!! It's actually a poor move on their part. To be honest, I actually find it hard to believe that an agency would create a G.O. that addresses this website.Quote:

The Bill of Rights in the National Archives. The First Amendment (Amendment I) to the United States Constitution is part of the Bill of Rights. The amendment prohibits the making of any law "respecting an establishment of religion", impeding the free exercise of religion, infringing on the freedom of speech, infringing on the freedom of the press, interfering with the right to peaceably assemble or prohibiting the petitioning for a governmental redress of grievances.
Originally, the First Amendment only applied to the Congress. However, in the 20th century, the Supreme Court held that the Due Process Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment applies the First Amendment to each state, including any local government.
Sh-h-h-h-h-h. Freedom of speech is a bad word 'round these parts.

Ask Obama about freedom of speech.
Obama said bluntly that Gen. Stanley McChrystal's scornful remarks about administration officials represent conduct that "undermines the civilian control of the military that is at the core of our democratic system."
Same goes for a Law Enforcement Agency with a military chain of command.
Screw the racists obammy and holderQuote:
