Why Baby D and not Ortiz?

Baby D a cop with no history of wrong doing, a nice guy who said something he shouldn’t have said was ROD and terminated but Ortiz with an extensive history of wrong doings, with multiples lawsuits were the City paid out money because of his actions comes back and is reinstated. I don’t think is fair!

BS.... he had an opportunity to challenge his arbitration decision which he did not. He had 30 days from the day he got notified to file an appeal. He didn’t, He lost... to bad so sad!

So let him sue, wish him luck, but oh it won’t go no where.

Luis Valdes did his lawsuit 6 years after and it’s going to trial. If I’m not mistaken.
