Maybe it’s an organized group they were investigating. You could jump on an arrest for one burglary and possibly prematurely out the case and miss out on wrapping up the whole group in a conspiracy charge or Rico case.Quote:

I would expect no less in the way of thinking from some "small fry" sheriff's office. The obvious lack of experience shows.
