First off this is not in stone. The draft and proposal has been signed and “ officers” regardless of time on are considered “entry level” therefore are only entitled to 20%. I have attempted to contact the PBA rep. for answers and have no gotten in touch. This is not only misleading to us and the public but supervisors on up to colonial get 25%.
