Fake Promises

Don’t make promises you can’t keep. You’ve been doing it for years upon years and it needs to come to an end. Why do you keep promising people positions within CGPD when you find out they want to leave? Is it that you’re unstable? Is it you don’t have confidence in yourself as a “leader”? If you’re so unstable, why don’t you lean on your fearless assistant chief that hides, because she doesn’t know anything. But continues to act as if she does. If someone wants to go to Miami Dade, let them go, just don’t promise them a position to save face pal. “Enjoying the Carolinas”…muahhhh! Toddles amigo
