I prefer corned beef. SAMS has a brisket that is cheap! Cook it in the oven for an hour and add a little spice and A1, BAMMMMM!

Roast Butt in pan with water in oven for 1 hr per pound at 350 degrees. Use water as gravy afterwards with special seasonings etc.Roast beef will turn out perfect with dark brown gravy ready to be poured on top! Hope this helps!
