I hope someone can tell Bob to please just go run his campaign and stop making a arse of himself and his executive staff. Bob could have absolved himself from this whole mess if he would had listened to the Fed's when they told him he violated the Hatch Act.

Bob snubbed his nose at that, now he only has himself to blame. Bob could have withdrawn from his position to run his campaign but in my opinion realized he never would have a chance to win the election without using the S.O. as a backdrop.

Bob now has to try and figure away out to get the support of the fine citizens of this county because its obvious he does'nt care about what anyone recommends or tells him from within the agency. Less than 100 days until the election and this place is a freak show.

You ain't seen nothing "nasty and politically motivated" until you see a Grampa Ev run show. Are you people really that dumb that you forget what it was like around here during his time. My god the guy is like 75 years old and could care less about nothing other than a pay check. Look at the crowd aroud him, all people who have been in trouble or not had their way. Someone should count the number of demoted or fired former PCSO members who show up for Gramps at the next debate.

Let's see, four guys get fired for intenionally not working (been going on for years) and three more may get fired for taking an investigation beyond the grey area (been going on for years). So that's seven people out of 2800. Sounds like mass corruption on an unprecedented scale.

Maybe YOU just "don't get it". None of this outrage would be going on if BG hadn't been a tyrant. If he would of not been so over re-acting in firing deputies rather than give them a punishment that fit the offense. By his own admission, these guys NEVER failed to go on a call. Furthermore, moving GH out of AID only added fuel to this now raging fire. There has to be a point where someone or some entity has to step in and stop unreasonable behavior. There is no one without "dirt" on them somewhere. If BG is going to ruin people lives and livelihoods, then I say "game on". Let's look at everything, or let someone look at it. Guaranteed there's people here knowing they aren't "squeaky" clean and maybe their level of "loafing" may rise to the level of "Excessive". BG in his own self serving arrogance and desperation, brought this all on himself. Unfortunately, all of us will have to suffer. But, it's nothing compared to what he did to these guys with 20+ years on. These men got the whole shit sandwich, now we may all have to take a bite!

An FDLE investigation? Leave no stone unturned? Investigate everyone? You do understand that YOU are part of EVERYONE right? Are you sure you want someone to go down that road? I don't think you are but if you do you're pretty freaking sad. You are willing to burn this whole place to the ground (you and friends included) to satisfy your own agenda of "Go Fizuck everyone".

I truly think you want to re-evaluate your priorities and motives.

Dont give FDLE or FBI any credit to conduct a investigation. I have seen FDLE and FBI agents in action, thats the last people you want around here.

THE ANSWER IS SIMPLE BOB HAS TO BE REMOVED FROM THE POSITION OF INTERIM SHERIFF EITHER BY REMOVAL BY THE GOVERNOR OR JUST VOTED OUT IN THE PRIMARY. IT'S SAD BUT THE WAY THINGS ARE GOING FDLE WILL BE IN CHARGE COME PRIMARY TIME.

I don't think the feds will come but all of the bad press, the cruel, over reaching response to some things by Bob - he's done. The citizens don't like this kind of upheaval and the fact that an INTERIM has let things get out of control. Rice may have some issues but, so does booby and on top of that he is just a bad, arrogant, self serving idiot that should become a D-attorney so he can get "pay back" :snicker:

I totally agree the Feds need to come in and turn over "all the stones". There is nobody innocent of loafing and idling. This place has gone beyond out of control and I believe the Governor will be forced to ask for them to come in. I find it interesting that folks don't want the Feds in here! Why not? If not a federal investigation, how about an independent audit to check who does what and how much if any loafing? It would be interesting to see who is loafing the most, especially among the top brass.

FDLE/independent arbitrator just to take a look and write their opoinion. No violations of civil rights and there will be alot of lawsuits/litigation under civil an you can bet clss action. Whether BG remains the sheriff or not he'll be spending alot of time defending himself because of the 5 day recomendation. Thers gonna be a whole hella alot of subpoenas flying around $$$ being spent. Can u imagine? The ppl that were fired/forced to resign against the staff and thestaff against them an ea other What a cluster!

We already have someone who doesn't know how a real agency should be run - BG. That's why we need the feds to clean it up.
