I agree. We need to give them new admin a chance to fix issues that have been here for years. I may not agree with all the moves so far, but I am sure there is a master plan at work.

well mr. dc, those are not the two words we would use to describe the chiefs way.
we think words like intimidation, fear, corrupted, self-serving and egotistical are more like it. he does not have our support and we will not go to battle for him. if he thinks he can run this department successfully without the support of his troops, he is in for a rude awakening. except for those few morons that are still self initiating calls, the rest will just answer dispatched calls and not be proactive. when you have 90% of the patrol officers thinking along these lines, you are going to have one hell of a time explaining why crime stats are going through the roof.
