The patrol will be a much better place when people like him leave the patrol. To bad he has at least another 3 years to go before he can retire.

Johnson put in his 25 years, he retired over 2 years ago, no one has any problems with him except you. Will you still be blaming Johnson 5 years from now for the problems in FHP? If my memory serves correctly Johnson's squad always beat your squad in activity which pissed you off back then as well and you had more troopers assigned to your squad then Johnson had on his squad.
