Fire the trooper and his supervisors. They knew full well what he was doing and if they claim they did not know then fire them for incompetence.

They are also investigating why no one took any action after the State Attorney's Office warned them that there were inconsistencies in the trooper's testimony.

Back on topic, the trooper this thread is about should be fired along with the trooper who was on scene as they both failed to show any integrity. The press also needs to look into this further and see if the Culhane memo has anything to do with this. Yes, I know Culhane is in a different district but it won't be the first time a memo from one captain made to another and put out in the other captains name as well. Besides these two districts are right next to each other.

I will bet you dollars to trooper donuts that the venice district put out the same memo. It was Culhane who took away troopers RDO's during holiday periods and had the new major talked into it to do it troop wide but the troopers fought back and Tallahassee got involved and told the major and Culhane to knock off taking away RDO's during holiday periods.

The patrol will be a much better place when people like him leave the patrol. To bad he has at least another 3 years to go before he can retire.

I thought Culhane moved into the investment plan and can't retire now because of the hit the investment plans have taken. There are a few members in the Ft. Myers district who made that switch and can't retire now. Now they get even fewer dollars put into their retirement account starting July 1, 2012. These guys will be lucky to retire after working 40 years for the patrol.

What your saying is that the patrol has a quota on DUI arrest. Pressure is so bad, your troopers are committing perjury. And in fact, the Kunt is forever impeachable on any testimony if he ever gives solo testimony in court again. All the defense has to do is ask the liar if he was lying then, how do we know your not lying NOW. His word in court is forever tainted. And most PROFESSIONAL law enforcement agencies, FIRE YOU FOR PERJURY AND YOUR CERTIFICATION IS REVOKED. So much for your over rated PATROL. Imagine if the national press get this. Black eye, won't even come close.

All kinds of local agencies have had their officers proven to be liars in court when the video was played and showed none of the crazy swerving and the rest they claimed to justify the stop that led to a DUI. I have wondered why nothing happens to them - maybe its because an official complaint was never made.

When someone attack the person like Cooper does it is because of two things. 1. He can't attack the persons work product. 2. He was more then likely caught violating policy and was disciplined by the person they attack.

Sad that a person with Coopers lack of moral standing is a supervisor for FHP. :?

Thanks for your thoughts on the subject Willie and your speculations about violating policy. Good to know you are still in the game. :snicker:

What a stroke of genius Sgt. Cooper, have you alerted Colonel Brierton of your insight of blaming someone long ago retired for all of FHP's problems today?

My god man you should be promoted to Lt. Colonel for your brilliant insight.

You and the Colonel must be close as I didn;t know I was considered and was on the short list. :|

Thank you for confirming what we all knew but could not prove until now Dwayne.

Willie, that door swings both ways. Or did you forget while in the time out chair? :snicker:

Sgt. Cooper, will you stop embarrassing the patrol in your one man crusade of Johnson.

The man retired over two years ago and you still obsess over him blaming him for all of the problems in FHP today. You look like a bigger fool every time you try to blame Johnson for FHP's problems.

Everyone is tired of your blame game Sgt. Cooper, it is time for you to grow up and stop acting like a little boy who throws a temper tantrum every time you do not get your way.

Johnson put in his 25 years, he retired over 2 years ago, no one has any problems with him except you. Will you still be blaming Johnson 5 years from now for the problems in FHP? If my memory serves correctly Johnson's squad always beat your squad in activity which pissed you off back then as well and you had more troopers assigned to your squad then Johnson had on his squad. Time for you to drop your grudge and move on Sgt. Cooper as you only look like a bigger fool each time you play your blame game.

Great post Willie.

Sergeant Cooper you really need to get some new material because your current act has gotten real old.
