The judge ruled Rick Scott and his cronies violated the constitution and ordered them to pay back the 3% they stole from the FRS. That was a positive, no? She could have just as easily ruled in their favor and empowered them to take another 3% next year.

I just wanted to say congratulations to RD in Polk County on the upcoming birth of his FIRST child. He's had some tough times recently and been harrassed by Captains and Sargents(with same last name), so nobody deserves this happyness more than he does. He's gone be a good daddy!
