No such plan exists, never has never will. A vote for Barneby is a proxy vote for ole' Boss Hogg. Poston has done a very good job, not perfect but darn good. He will recalibrate the police and fire when he comes in for another term.

It has also been decided that once Poston is elected the Chief is leaving this nightmare and Chief Davis and DC Akemon will be done! That has been the master plan for the past 12 years! If that's not what you want tell everyone you know in the city to vote for anyone else :shock:

Of course it is. The Chief and Mayor have never "fought" about anything. They decide well in advance, then put on the dog and pony show for the dimwits, so they can say "he fought for us".

OK I now get your concern.
But because there will be some repeats you say the Chief does not care. That does not make sense.

I don't agree with all his decisions but have been here long enough to appreciate how often he fights City Hall for us so the don't care claim by you is really quite empty.

If the Chief cares about the officers, he will ensure that no one who has gone before is allowed to go this time. It should be a "Once" in a lifetime event.
