I also want to add if you are all of the above and you get hired you are entitled to 6 months off for FMLA every year for your entire career! No other agency can top this!! :snicker:

Chief is looking for diversity, it's not his choice but it looks good to the community, so if you are a female, gay, a minority or just plain nuts your in. If you are all of the above then you are hired automatically! :lol:

Why would you want to join this department. We are just a bunch of idiots that keep swapping wives, unknowingly, and couldn't do real cop work if we tried. :evil:

Quick question, I've read a lot about this agency on here, yet am still interested in applying...how hard is it to get on at FMPD as compared to other local agencies? Realistically is appreciated as I am looking to work with the men and women who do the job for the right reasons.
