What is going on in dispatch? Everybody is dropping like flies, I wonder why. Let’s think about this, Capt. “E” is in charge, he does not care he is on his way out. Lt. “A” runs from any issue because he is being transferred at the end of the year and does not what to get involved in anything. Sgt. “G” is so lazy with a laissez-faire attitude, it is a wonder he even ties his shoes in the morning. Supervisor “C” is so incompetent and only works on her cruise business while she is at work. Supervisor “M” is so scatter brained she does not know if she is coming or going (wonder why). The training staff in dispatch won’t pass and/or train anybody. Obviously, if something is not addressed soon one of us out here is going to get hurt.
