Who was the Judge that cleared 18-1958?

I’ve had several case filings on juveniles turned down for prosecution from their office. The cases I presented were legit cases of crimes.

On two occasions I received notices and emails declining to prosecute, and their excuse was “this is more of a behavior issue than a criminal case”.

    Absurd and negligent.
IS PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMISE PROGRAM MANDATORY?

Broward County Public Schools, in collaboration with its community partners, has designed the PROMISE program as a mandatory component of the District’s Discipline Matrix.

While not advisable, if a parent/guardian chooses not to accept the PROMISE program for their child, the Juvenile Justice System of Care hearing will be held to meet with youth, and their parent(s)-guardian(s). This hearing is also held if they have unsatisfactorily participated in PROMISE. The Judge will impress upon the student (and their parent(s) guardian(s), the potential negative outcomes for unsuccessful completion of PROMISE or refusal to participate in the program

Would you like a quote (on video) from our former AMAZING leader about how he prides himself on hiring incompetence?

He does this, not for the individual, because that's actually harmful. Not for the community (obviously). He does it for that self-serving "Atta-boy" Scotty, you're a good guy" pat on the back.

Runcie you are garage as well.

Part of our mission is to present a united front with law enforcement in keeping Parkland politicians in check as it has come to our attention that deputies have been reprimanded and transferred in the past for upsetting a privileged few in the community.

We are doing our best to inform people who do not yet see the big picture. You'd be surprised how many people think that Parkland has it's own police department, or that Peterson was the "Sheriff" of Broward. Protests attract all kinds of people, but the base is supportive of law enforcement and has their eye on 2020. Come out and meet us. Tell us who's best for

"A unified front with law enforcement? ..It has come to our attention that deputies have been reprimanded and transferred in the past for upsetting a privileged few in the community...??" The new savior sheriff has spent the last month firing, demoting and promoting on behalf of the parkland New York jews, and now some are righteous, supportive and concerned? I guess you're only supportive of who you're told to support. The rest is blind faith in the temporary appointment. Keep in mind, many affected in these moves had nothing to do with the shooting. And some who were directly involved are still here, being promoted. The Fox news deputy self anointed to make these crap decisions is troublesome and should leave the big decisions to the ones capable of making them. I understand that the hearts of most of parkland's residents are in the right place, but the deep, hypocritical intrusion that our agency has seen from the ones who are not is casting an ugly shadow on those who just want to move on.

Please- the big picture is stop helping us here at BSO. We dont need anymore of this type of help.
Actually, your post was quite clear and you are so correct you should look into the transfers to D-5 and D-11 during the AMAZING but short-lived tenure of sheriff Mumbles (01/03/2013-01/11/2019). My apologies for not clicking the proper reply button as this was meant for that last poster with a victim's script.

It will be the same people. No one else
    " The same people" ?

Know how that group of "same people" found each other? They are parents of kids who were victimized physically and sometimes sexually at Westglades and MSD dating back to 2013. The ones out there screaming the loudest? Their kids are disabled and the victims of rich white perps who never made it to PROMISE because their parents flexed on the Parkland district who were more than happy to send their chosen PR boys out to the homes of victims to do their thing.
