Does BPD offer same starting pay for an officer with three years on the job or is there a set salary? Thanks

You start at entry level. No bump here, we do not want to pay money for experience, we like straight out of High School.

No. I believe with the new contract they pay you up to three years of experience.

You can make more than BPD by simply stocking shelves on the night crew at Wal-Mart. Besides if you even mention BPD there, they will cut you a great deal on a shopping cart!!!
