what does everyone think about the new promotions?

I'll comment on one promotion. Tarsitano is going to be a good candidate. He has struggled through thick and thin and has good reason to be disgruntled at times. He has handled most issues fairly well. Were people that have our good and bad days. His experience is going to be welcomed and decision making is one that is usually well thought out. At times, we hesitate to make decisions out of fear we will get in trouble, but I believe Bryan will make decisions that he will diffently take responsibility for. Even though Bryan is not warm and fuzzy, I think we will see a future Sgt. Kanehl in him, just younger. Good luck.

You can never replace a Sgt. Kanehl !!!! But, Tarsitano should do well, and he was a choice.

No one can completely replace Sgt. Kanehl. I don't know Sgt. Tarsitano very well, but most deputies I spoke to respect him and say he will be a great supervisor.
