Does Clearwater go through PASS even with already certified working LEO's? How dificult is it to get a job with Clearwater compared to surrounding agencies? How difficult is the FTO program?

Does Clearwater ever hire anybody without a degree and just experience or is a degree a must for a real shot?

Any other insight would would be appreciated as well. Thanks!

You must not know much about the hiring of Clearwater, because they will hire without a degree if you have the equivalent police experience!
