This is what we have to deal with all the time. This genius was irate because he was in a moving vehicle, at night, on a public street, with other cars present and was mad because a police officer told him to turn on his lights. The officer DIDN"T CITE HIM just warned him and he was mad, you are king of the idiots.

I have been to the display the poster is talking about and the area is very well lit. This being the case I also have driven down this street with my lights off, as most others also do, and have even done so in my green and white. The area is still very well lit and is brighter then driven at dusk without lights. And guess what, I am also a LEO and have been for many many years. The problem I have with "today's" LEO is the lack of common sense that many seem to lack.
