Every agency over looks some minor things depends are what they are.
Despite the stupid previous post BPD is very hard on backgrounds.

A few bumps here and there will not rule you out. A large hill or mountain you are doomed. Wy not try and apply, you have nothing to lose.

That;s funny other agencies over look minor bumps. BPD has a terrible hiring record. The standards are higher if you are white and male, other than that you are golden.

I don't know who you are thinking about but from what I see the Department is really getting great people.
