PBA call back

Has anyone had problems with the pba's awnsering service? I have heard through the grapevine of a few people, but not directly from them.
Is there an alternate number other than the awnsering service?
If we are paying for the service shouldnt we get a rapid rersponse when we call them?

PBA is run by and for TPD people.

I have never tried to call the PBA office, so I can't comment on the answering service. However, I have called my PBA reps in my district to asks questions and they have always answered their phones. My advice, try calling your reps first. And if you don't know who your reps are, then shame on you. Be safe!!!!

Jarvis, you can ask three different reps the same question and get three completely different answers.
