Airport Officer Assaulted

Anyone know details of what happened to the airport officer leaving out of Seville. Heard he was jumped because he told someone he was a police officer inside the club?

It is true that he got beat up outside of Seville Square about 3 A.M. on Sunday. Nobody seems to know exactly why it happened, but it appears that he was talking to some girl inside the club & apparently some guy had words with him about it & when he left the guy attacked him. There was a witness & the guy that attacked him turned himself in last night. Anyway, he got beaten up pretty badly & is in Baptist hospital. He's got a broken nose & had to have surgery to repair damage done to his sinus cavity & eye (orbital) socket. He also has a dislocated shoulder & is going to have (or already has had) surgery for that as well. I'll let you know more when I find out.
