Unfrotunately, todays negotaitions did not go well
There was a total of 3 offers with ours last on the table
The city refused our last offer.
The session lasted 2 hours
More specific information will be forthcoming about what was proposed
Our team is still committed to the process!!!!
There are several things in the works which the membership will be kept apprised of
No one has or should lose steam
We need all your support in this difficult time

Is it true the mayor didn't even bother showing up today?

I dont know about any of you, but as far as Im concerned the gloves are off!
Joe you can count on me being where ever you need me to help! And the others who had signed up for that Detail, you need to unite with your brothers and sisters and not be a scab!!!!!! other city functions where they need us, well Im feeling really sick all of the sudden!
Dont let them tempt you with o/t... We need to look at the big picture and stay together, all it takes is one person to work these city details and we will begin to crumble. Cetain Sgts and Dect. should rethink and support the union!!!!!!!! What are you guys going to do? look at us while we are pounding the streets for you?
btw-start showing up at meetings!

I am very disappointed in the Mayor. To me she is a valued Mayor.

So, has the exodus begun? All those that talked of applying elsewhere and leaving?

For those staying, stand strong.
