Officer falls from Senate building
ANNAPOLIS - A Department of General Services police officer fell from a window at the Miller Senate Office Building yesterday afternoon.
The unidentified 45-year-old woman fell 8 to 10 feet from a window on the Bladen Street side of the office building at 2:39 p.m.
City firefighters responded to the scene where they treated her. She was then flown to the Shock Trauma Center at University Hospital in Baltimore with serious, but non life-threatening injuries, said Lt. Ed Hadaway, city fire spokesman.
The woman was treated overnight and released. :oops:
