Auto Thefts Galore in St. Pete...Thanks Chief Harmon

Today's St. Pete Times City Times section has a sobering article from Jon Wilson about the huge increase in car thefts...and the gigantic number compared to the rest of the county. Once again, former ass. chief-turned-PR mouth Proffitt wrings his hands...the juveniles get out and steal again. So explain this, Bill...it's the same juvie court that affects us at the SO, and our auto theft numbers are way lower. Could it be your Operastions Safe Streets counseling isn't working? Could it be your no-chase policy is a blank check to steal and get away? Could it be you and your boss with the brass on his collar are just plain in over your heads?

Poor taxpayers...getting shafted by the sppd brass, but hey, that Sweet Bay store sure looks nice!

Are groceries at Sweetbay cheaper since they are city subsidized?

Maybe we ought to buy some tomatoes. I know a place they need to be thrown! :twisted:
