If you took your psych. that means you were conditionally hired. Maybe they are doing things different, but I thought you had to have a job offer before the psych and the med. portion was offered.

When I got hired, they were extremely quick with the polygraph and the PAT but it came to a standstill after approx. 9 months later they called me for a job....Be patient, but if you took the psych. I thought that was a conditional hire (unless things have changed)

Taking the psych is only part of the process. We generally have them take the written part, that when / if the Chief approves the background jacket we can send them for the visit with Dr. Skotko. It does not mean that they have a condiitional offer of employment.

We have offered conditional offers of employment if we are waiting on medical results.
