I wold like to hear others opinions on which agency to go to.
HCSO; PCSO; TPD; Clearwater PD?

I am currently a state LEO with TAC experience.......

Do some ride-alongs and you'll figure out the "difference". Nice try on the slam to Largo, but we all know PCSO and all the others have their own issues.

largo will hire you laterally...10yrs exp you come in at 10 yr officer pay....come on over

so will also start you at a higer paygrade. You pay nothing into retirement and they are also FRS. So has the tools you need on the street, flight,k-9, good pursuit policy.

does PCSO primarily hire officers coming from other depts? do they hire people straight out of the academy?
