I was disappointed to find sections of a string about your agency naming names and insulting people. That's not what this Message Board was created for and clearly violates our Terms of Use. I guess during the process of deleting so many postings, the entire string was accidentally deleted. Sorry to those of you who posted good content about your agency.
I did some checking and discovered that the offensive posts came from two RoadRunner users who have now been Banned. If anyone sees any violations in the future, please send an email to the following so we can move on it quickly for you.
