It looks like the Sheriff is supporting a fundraiser for more "law enforcement coverage for Myakka City." That's what the District 5 commissioner is calling it. Mr. Softball has been drafted into playing a key role. Since when does the SO have to hold a softball game fundraiser to raise money for more LEOs in Myakka?
