Chief-B-Gone

Can anyone give me any reason why our Chief won't just step aside and retire. Doesn't she or the Mayor realize how bad this department has gotten under her command?

I think the chief reaaly believes she is doing a good job. She is way out of touch with the reality of running the department and what she has done to morale. As for the mayor, he hung his hat on the fact that he hired the first female police fhief and firechief. He will never admit his mistake!
