Just leave. Other agencies are hiring. Why stay there and get written up so much that you can not leave. If you have less than 5 years on and you have not left yet than you get what you deserve.
If you are not leaving than please fill me in on the positives that are keeping you. Don't say the people you work with because I worked there too and I also liked the people I worked with but I also like the people I work with now.
