With over 30 years as a law enforcement officer, Bill Balkwill is a two term sheriff with a good sense of humor and a loaded gun (or was that a good gun and a loaded sense of humor?). As a member of Sertoma since 1999, he has graciously agreed to serve himself up to our panel of "Roasters" (many of whom have promised to remain sober for the event), to be amply and publicly skewered.
