I am a state leo ( NOT a trooper) and I recently moved to the area and was wondering if there are any law enforcement friendly gyms in St. Pete. Thanks.

Yeah!!! Go to the Tyron Lewis Gym at Melrose Ave S and 9 St S. Its named after a peice of sh1t who was rightfully shot by the cops.

I'm not sure of any officer ($) friendly gyms in St. Pete but you can try Lifestyles on 4th Street in St. Pete. or the Gold's Gym at 38 Av N and 3rd Street N. While your looking for a gym, as a sworn officer you can use the St. Petersburg Police Gym at the station.

However, if your moving to the area looking for LE work, I wouldn't put in an application with SPPD. Especially with prior experience!

Lifestyles gives leos 10% off and a break on the membership fee. YMCA gives an even better break (don't know the percentage but the family membership is $37 per month, almost half the price of lifestyles.)
