update....36 officers have resigned this year and it's only july. the department might set a new record for turnover at this pace for 2006.

most likley 11-15 people will be turning their resignations in within 1 month....many agencies just had their hiring boards...that would bring the current total of people who have left to 47-51 people.

Nahhh,...too busy shuffling stats to look like facts and stickin it to the road dogs. Make those shiftless patrol ofcs work harder and pay em like the dogs they are.

Wake up SPPD before all eight of you are handling not just the district but the entire shift.
