if a deputy filed a complaint because they were being obviously discriminated against by being placed in a pod only 7 times in their last 34 days worked and out 28 of those days would they have a valid case...seems to me its supposed to be 2 in 1 out..thats a hell of alot of difference.

No, the question is if you belong to the PBA then why do you not go and talk to your rep. Instead you come here and try to stir things up....................nice try.

or better yet the PBA has it's own message bord. WCFPBA.Org...I think I would ask it there, as u will get an answer with a name attached on how you should proceed.
