Attn: Economic crimes detectives.......IS THIS A SCAM?

If this is not a scam, investors could make some decent change from investing in the Iraqi dinar. Economic crimes detectives please look this over and post your thoughts on this. It seems that if the Iraqi economy gets back on its feet, even only modestly, early investors could make a large profit. However, the syaing "if it's too good to be true......." comes to mind. Here is the website for a company selling the Iraqi dinar. This company claims to be registered with the U.S. Treasury.
