I was wondering, how does a recruiter inform the applicant he/she is hired. Does the recruiter tell the applicant at the home interview? I would like some feed back from previous or current hires (integrity scholarship). If you get a home interview, does it mean he/she will most likely get hired? If anyone can give feed back, I would highly appreciate it. Thank you. Be safe.

IT DEPENDS ON WHICH DEPT. YOUR APPLYING WITH, THEY ALL DO THINGS DIFFERENTLY. I'VE BEEN HIRED BY 2 AGANCIES AND THEY BOTH DID IT DIFFERENTLY. MY BACKGROUND INVESTIGATOR CALLED ME FROM ONE AND OFFERED ME THE JOB, AND AT THE OTHER ONE THEY CALLED ME IN FOR MY FINAL INTERVIEW AND IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THAT THE PANEL OFFERED ME THE JOB. BUT DON'T WORRY, IF YOU HAVE'NT HEARD ANYTHING YET THATS GOOD, THEY WILL SEND YOU A LETTER IF YOU ARE ELIMINATED FROM THE HIRING PROCESS.

I received a telephone call from my recruiter when I was hired. The home visit was done months previous.
