This is indirectly related to law enforcement because officers must use this major roadway, so it is posted for your information:
"Phase 2" involves widening McIntosh from two lanes to four, from Proctor to Bee Ridge. Work is expected to begin in two weeks and be completed within 365 days.
"Phase 1" is a separate project that will involve widening McIntosh between Proctor and Sawyer Loop and the realigning of McIntosh at Clark.
