What is your procedure when dealing with an injured prisoner in your County ?

I worked in Miami-Dade County where they had WARD-D which was a godsend compared to Broward County's F-ed up way of dealing with injured prisoners.

If you see this post on other departments sites its only because I need some more idea's. I plan on submitting idea's to Jeb Bush.

We have two jails in our county. If they are admitted in our jail with medical issues, The dirtbags go to the infirmary however if they need more than that stictches etc, they are diverted to the hospital. We have nurse sub-contractors that are afraid of their own shadow. We dont have much faith in the nurses, in the past they generally end up being an inmate anyway.
