We just hired 12 highly educated individuals. They all have bachelors degrees, no tattoos and tobacco free.

1 will not make it out of module.
2 will be washed out during FTO.
2 will find a better, higher paying job, and resign.
1 will find they can't handle this job and quit.

of the 6 left, 2 will be slugs and 1 will be dumber than ****.

The last 3 will find his/her aspiration of getting transferred or promoted are remote and will spend the next 16 years on patrol and then die of complications related to hypertension.
