The PBA is requesting you to donate 2 hours of your vacation time, which can be used by the negociation team to bargain for you. They have been using their own vacation time to bargain for your pay & benefits. However, if each of us donates 2 hours to the "PBA Pool Bank," then the negociators will use those vacation hours to bargain for us.

The sheriff's staff members represent the sheriff and they are allowed to negociate while on-duty, but the PBA union negociators are not allowed to bargain for you while on-duty, so they either have to use their own personal vacation hours --- or if we all donate 2 hours to the "PBA Pool Bank" then they can use those hours while they negociate.

What codes do you use on the TAR to donate time to the PBA?You don't use a code. In the overtime block, just put in for 2 hours, just like you're working overtime, but in the comments section write "donation to PBA pool bank" and fiscal will make the important transfer. :)
