I received a call from Luke Lirot's (our attorney's) office today confirming that oral arguments will begin in this case on Tuesday, June 20th, at 1100 hours. The hearing will be at the 2nd District Court of Appeals in Lakeland.
They contacted the 2nd DCA with regard to inaccurate information on their website. The 2nd DCA responded that they are simply behind in updating it.
So, the date and time is set...and I hope to see you all there! We're making history brothers and, Lord willing, we'll prevail again!
