costs for taking car out of county?

I'm in the process for the integrity scholarship, and I have a quick question...

I'm trying to figure out where to live and one place my wife and I looking is Wesley Chapel. The apt. complex is only 2 miles from the county line. Is the charge for taking the county car out of the county based on mileage? If so, what is the cost?
