ANYONE KNOW WHAT THE RAISE IS GOING TO BE THIS YEAR??
ANOTHER BIG FAT RAISE WOULD BE SWEET.

Probably the usual. There are 3 % brackets 3.5, 4, 4.5 %. It goes by your annual income. I'm not sure, but an example would be under 35,000-3.5%, 35,000-60,000 4% and above 60,000 4.5. Again, this is just a guess on the figuring. BUt there is usually 3 % brackets.

it will probably be the usual 4% or so. we are close to average for the surrounding agencies so it may take a couple of year for another big chunk like before. but hey atleast we have jobs and dont have to worry about being layed off. if we are just worried about is how big our raise will be than we are in good shape! :D

If you know anything about our department you would know that no one would have an idea because they haven't even started to talk about raises and the county doesn't pass the budget for 4 months.

Hopefully we get a substanial raise, so we can get some people to work here.
