Is just me or has anyone else had problems since the CITY switched to CIGNA-A, CIGNA-B, or CIGNA -C The choices we were given as the NEW health providers of the city's employees?
Can You say LOW bid.......I knew you could.

What's with an HMO telling our Doctors what to do ??
