maybe we should reconsider the union and try one more time...

all the other agency in the county that went union got huge pay raises. wonder what our pay would be now if we kept our backbone and voted in the union

How would the union affect our insurance/pension deductions? If it raised salary and could have a positive affect on the pension deductions, why is this not a more considered option?

Why don't some of you guy who are for the union , read LPD sight. Where the union is doing nothing. Don't be quick to forget that if we go union we will be part of Polk county chapter.
